WIG: Increase exposure to and understanding of campus academic and developmental programs to community constituents via ODP program implementation


Lead Measure:

Review and adjust department marketing plan to increase outreach and improve select program attendance by 10%.

Lead Measure:

Provide mechanisms for constituent feedback to assess levels of exposure and understanding of select programs. Seek 70% overall response of “4” in 1 to 5 rankings of programs.

WIG: Increase faculty engagement in curriculum development via improved resourcefulness and office-sponsored programming.


Lead Measure:

Design and implement a Diversity Fellows Program and engage at least one faculty person from each academic unit.

Lead Measure:

Sponsor at least two match-funded opportunities for faculty to engage in curriculum review and/or diversification of course content.

WIG: Engage community agencies in collaborative educational and diversity undertakings under the auspices of the ODP.


Lead Measure:

Expand the Diversity Programming Series to include at least four community persons from different sectors.

Lead Measure:

Engage at least five community agencies in supporting campus diversity events, programs, and initiatives via a funding campaign.
