Telecom & Networking manages the infrastructure and systems for campus voice and data, including networking, Wi-Fi, fax, and unified communications. We support all system users for campus operations and to participate fully in our teaching and learning environment.
System Administration manages Active Directory, security implementations, and server operations for IU Northwest. This includes server creation and management, application and security configurations, as well as client operations and all enterprise services.
The Support Center provide technical assistance to students, faculty, staff, and IU-supported communities by phone, email, and walk-in to resolve problems reported for multiple services areas, ie: desktop, mobile devices, email, canvas, etc.
Web Services provides the campus with website technical help and supports the campus needs for the development of web pages and web applications according to standards of security and accessibility.
