The Dean of Students strives to support students during times of crisis, complexity, or emergency, and challenge them to exercise personal responsibility and practice ethical decision making. As the primary administrator of the Indiana University Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct, and the Chair of the Behavior Consultation Team, the Dean plays a key role in ensuring that student behavior does not interfere with the educational mission of the University.
