Theatre Northwest
Students have the opportunity to design, build, and act in multiple theatre productions as well as work on various production tasks ranging from costume construction to lighting through Theatre Northwest, the performance company of the Department of Performing Arts. Theatre Northwest presents a diverse season of plays, concerts, dance and other events. Productions are staged in Theatre Northwest on Grant, a newly renovated performance space which mimics Chicago storefront theatres. All auditions for Theatre Northwest productions are open to the campus and community. Students can earn academic credit for practical work in all aspects of theatre production.
