Wednesday Sep 19, 2012
Indiana University Northwest will host an Admissions and Financial Aid Night from 4 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at the new University Center, located at 6260 Central Ave. in Portage.
At this event, admissions counselors will be available to meet with prospective students in IU Northwest’s computer lab at the Portage facility.
On-site admission will be available with a $35 application fee. Potential applicants should bring official high school or college transcripts and SAT/ACT scores, if they are less than one year out of high school. Guests will be able to submit their admission application online using IU Northwest computers.
A financial aid information session will be offered at 4 p.m. and repeated again at 6 p.m. Tours of the facility will take place throughout the evening.
University Center is a convenient off-campus location where students, particularly Porter County students, may take some of their required courses closer to home. IU Northwest is pleased to welcome prospective students to the Portage site to learn about all the university has to offer.
