James Wallace

James Wallace

Director, Office of Diversity, Equity and Multicultural Affairs

I am very proud to call James Wallace my colleague. He is a kind and intelligent person who provides guidance on issues of diversity and equity. James is also an intellectual and has the energy to involve all students, staff, faculty, and administrators in much needed programs that address issues of prejudice and discrimination. James is a great listener and has served as a mediator in many instances in which disagreements or misunderstandings led to an escalation of conflict between students and faculty. I applaud James' professionalism, kindness, and greatness and I wish him a productive and bright year 2021.

Beth Tyler

Beth Tyler

Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Dean of Students

Beth is such a great advocate for our students, as the  Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Dean of Students. But she always goes way beyond that. Beth is kind and caring. She works to resolve many different issues that our students may be experiencing. She leaves no stone unturned. And beyond everything else, Beth approaches all that she does with a smile. I have had many students reference their encounters with her and state that they felt like they are special, based upon her direct but caring approach.

Mary Hackett

Mary Hackett
