The Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education Departmental Information Sheet provides information regarding what students can do with a B.S. in Elementary/Special Education, degree requirements, program highlights, and more.
The School of Education prepares students in the Teaching All Learners: Elementary Education Initial Program (TAL) for careers teaching in self-contained and special education classrooms grades K-6.
Candidates who complete this program will receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and are eligible for the Early and Middle Childhood Generalist (K-6), and Exceptional Needs—Mild Interventions.
