The Office of Diversity, Equity and Multicultural Affairs (ODEMA) takes pride in Indiana University’s longstanding commitment to diversity.  ODEMA strives to remain an essential component for maintaining that commitment, working to create an ever more open and inclusive environment that draws on the widest possible range of talents. Our approach to diversity administration, advances our compelling interest in all forms of diversity.
