Attention: COVID-19 Information
The IU Northwest Campus Health and Wellness Center Clinic offers COVID testing (asymptomatic and symptomatic) faculty, students, and staff. The first step is to log into One.IU, search for COVID.
- If you are experiencing symptoms, please select “IU COVID-19 Symptomatic Testing” and this will start the screening and online scheduling process. Symptomatic patients SHOULD NOT arrive at the clinic unannounced; walk in testing is NOT being done. Testing will occur in the parking lot without leaving your car. If you find yourself on campus with symptoms (fever, shortness of breath, cough) you should immediately leave campus, and go to where you can log in to One.IU (home or car) and begin the process described above. This will enter you into the IU Health Virtual hub and start the screening process. If testing is indicated, you will be given information concerning where to go, testing hours, etc. The clinic will not be doing exposure testing. Screening form and University picture ID are required for testing.
- If you are reporting an exposure or a positive COVID-19 test result, please select “COVID-19 Self Reporting Form” and this will start the reporting process for your result. If you are reporting a COVID-19 at home test result, please upload a photo of your test result, including writing the date the test was conducted on the documentation, and your CrimsonCard for verification purposes.
