Strategic Planning

Feedback

This fall, IU Northwest began the process for creating a new, five-year Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan involves a vital planning process to establish/restate our institution’s mission, vision, and values - the most critical beliefs defining who we are. The Plan will also set forth our major priorities and goals over the next five years.

A Strategic Planning Committee has been formed to lead this process, and IU Northwest’s students, faculty, staff, and members of our community will have the opportunity to participate through Town Hall meetings, task forces, focus groups, websites, and more. In determining our priorities and goals, you will have a say in determining where and how we will be dedicating our time, effort, and resources during the life of the Strategic Plan.  Your seat at the table is an important one as it presents the singular opportunity to express your unique voice to help shape a unified direction for our future.

The Strategic Planning process will take place throughout this academic year culminating with a new strategic plan this spring. We encourage you to visit this site frequently for information and updates.
