Vark Kalluri
Vark Kalluri currently works for NIPSCO, the local electric utility company. Vark started his project management career at Motorola in 2020. Since then he held various positions as Senior Program Manager, and Manger at Motorola. Vark also worked as a consulting project manager at Navteq through Riverpoint LLC. Vark joined NIPSCO in 2013 as a Project Manager, and promoted to Manager in 2016. He taught Project Management at DeVry University, Merrillville and at St. Joseph University, Rensselear, IN. If he is not working he would like to spend most his time with his family, or playing golf.
Vark has Masters in Computer Science, and Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University. He has a Master in Project Management from George Washington University. He did his MBA from Stuart Graduate School of IIT, Chicago. Vark is a PMI member since 2004, and he received his PMP certification in 2007.
Vark volunteered as President of PMI Calumet Chapter from 2011 to 2018. In his earlier life he held various positions in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Charles Bradsky
Charles Bradsky, PMP is the Transportation Projects Manager for Northwestern Indiana Region Planning Commission (NIRPC). NIRPC is a Metropolitan Planning Organization that promotes discussion and problem solving among all of the communities within the region. Charles manages the federal highway funds allocated to Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties, ensuring that all funds are spent, and spent wisely. These funds support surface infrastructure projects such as roadway improvements, bridge rehabilitations, intersection improvements and bike trails. Charles began working with NIRPC in November 2017. Prior to that, he worked as a Project Manager with the Indiana Department of Transportation for over 6 years. It was through INDOT that he gained his PMP certification. In his role, he monitors projects costs, risks, schedules, scopes, and stakeholders. He uses his experience and knowledge to ensure all of the projects in his program are delivered on time and within the budget parameters.
When he isn’t working, Charles spends his time woodworking and riding his bicycle. He routinely bikes over 3,000 miles a year, usually on long stints on the weekends with his close friends. In the winter, he can often be found in his garage designing and building furniture or remodeling a room in his home. He is happily married and loves his dogs. Charles is a member of Toastmaster Club #4742 in Merrillville, happy to stand in front of strangers and talk about his passions.
