IUN SoBE Latinx Community Advancement Program (LaCAP) unites, supports, and guides Latinx students, and the surrounding community, to navigate their educational journey and to develop professionally based on shared cultural values.

- That will help you succeed professionally through relevant speaker-series, workshops, social, and networking events.
- that nurtures our culture that allows us to carry our culture into business arenas.
- To facilitate connections between students, faculty, programs, and resources, being confident that there are advocates available to help you succeed.
