• It has been LESS than a calendar year since you last attended IU Northwest 
  AND
• Have NOT attended another college or university

You are eligible to contact your former academic division to seek readmission.

Scenario 2

• It has been LESS than a calendar year since you last attended IU Northwest
  AND
• You HAVE since attended another college or university

Please contact the Office of Admissions. You will be required to submit an official college or university transcript from your additional educational institution(s).

Scenario 3

• If it has been MORE than a calendar year since you last attended IU Northwest, or another IU campus, whether or not you have attended another educational institution:

Please complete the online application through Apply IU. You may be required to submit an official transcript from each college or university you have attended from your additional educational institution(s).
