Saving Sites

Back up your site settings by going to Edit, preferences, sites and click on manage sites to be able to edit sites. From the Edit Sites window (hidden below), select Export to save the settings in a place you can obtain them later. See top "Export Site" window. You will need to do this for each site you have defined. Each site will be saved with a .ste extension.

Importing Sites

You may need to import the saved sites:

• if you get a new computer
• if you want to have the same sites for dreamweaver at another location

To import sites, click the Import button from the Edit Sites Window and point to where you saved the export. This brings in the definition that you can use.
