Copyright and Streaming Media

Although IU Northwest is not IUPUI's Jumpstart Program, the following is a good checklist for using streaming media within your classes. The first 5 are the instructor's duty and the following 6 are the University's duties, which are already in compliance. 5 more checkpoints (# 11 through 15) are specific to our campus.

Checklist: Using the TEACH Act Checklist at IUPUI This document identifies the TEACH Act requirements and summarizes how each requirement may be addressed in the context of the IUPUI Jumpstart Program.
