How do I know when to attend orientation?
New employees on the Bloomington or IUPUI campus should check out the respective Web site below.New employees at one of the campuses below should contact their campus human resources office or speak with their supervisor to arrange an orientation.
When does my health care coverage begin?
Health care coverage begins on an employee's hire date if the employee enrolls within the first 30 days of employment. Any medical/dental care or prescription services received between the hire date and enrollment in a health plan is subject to the plan's benefit provisions, limitations, and exclusions.
When do I need to turn in my benefit enrollment forms?
Employees have 30 days from their hire date to turn in most enrollment forms.
What if I have questions about benefits prior to attending orientation?
Contact your campus human resources office or speak to your supervisor.
