Personal Health Coach
Personal health coaching is suggested for those who Clarian identifies as “at risk” based on the results of the health risk assessment. This one-on-one support complements use of other Clarian online programs. You work directly with an experienced coach in a time and manner that is convenient for you. You don’t have to be high risk to work with a health coach—anyone who is serious about making health-related changes can participate.
Examples of areas of focus for coaching:
- Managing stress and finding balance
- Eating better and losing weight
- Increasing physical activity and making exercise part of the daily routine
