This dental plan is available to all eligible Indiana University employees, regardless of area of residence. CIGNA Dental Health, Inc. is the IU Dental Plan administrator.

- See the IU Dental Plan At-a-Glance for information about services and copays.
- Contact CIGNA customer service at 800-CIGNA24 or 800-244-6224 for questions about networks, enrollment or benefits. Or visit the CIGNA Dental Health Web site and register for a myCIGNA account.
- Print and use the CIGNA Dental PPO ID card.
- Locate and select a dental services provider by consulting the CIGNA Dental Provider Directory. Choose "CIGNA Dental PPO" and in the drop down box, select "Core Network."
