• 1993-Present  Human Beginnings Outpatient Mental Health Center, Gary, IN.   Executive Director: Responsible for all administrative and clinical aspects of running the agency. Clinical Supervision and clinical consultant to community agencies.
• 1989-93  Gary Community School Corporation, Gary, IN. Psychiatric Social Worker: School liaison between education component of Gary Community School Corporation and the child & adolescent unit at Methodist Hospital. Provided educational and clinical assessments to school and hospital staff, students and parents.
• 1987  St. Catherine Hospital, East Chicago, IN.  Senior Case Manager: Developed Diagnostic Assessment format. Developed policies and procedure for the emergency services component of the psychiatric department. Provided individual and family education sessions of mental health issues. Discharge planning and court assessment.
• 1985-87  Tri-City Mental Health Center, East Chicago, IN. Senior Therapist, Medical Services: Specific job duties entail those stated in the before mentioned job description in addition to clinical training of student nurses from Purdue University.
