Social Worker: School liaison between education component of Gary Community
School Corporation and the child & adolescent unit at Methodist Hospital.
Provided educational and clinical assessments to school and hospital staff,
students and parents.

Adult Outpatient Therapist II: Specific job duties encompassed
a wide range of mental health roles including: individual, group and family
therapy, diagnosis referral and consultation with other multi-disciplinary

substance abuse, and rehabilitative services staff. Consultation with staff
