Currently there are no scheduled offerings of this workshop.

Contact the IT Services Training Coordinator to purchase self-study materials.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to use Acrobat Standard to review, edit, and add interactivity to documents using sophisticated PDF features. Participants will:

  • Generate a PDF from a web page
  • Use Acrobat’s collaborative editing, commenting and markup features
  • Generate a single PDF from multiple source files
  • Create links in a PDF document
  • Protect a PDF with security features
  • Learn how Acrobat uses tags to make a PDF document accessible
  • Output a PDF file for screen viewing

Participants should already be able to:

  • Use a mouse
  • Save and organize files
  • Use command menus
