Northwest Indiana Chapter of the American Society for Public
Administration - Summer Meeting

On June 24, 2003, members of the local chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) met at the Steel Yard for a picnic, presentation, and, yes, minor league baseball. The speaker was Professor Donald Coffin (Economics) of IU Northwest's Division of Business and Economics. His talk was entitled, "Local Government and the Economics of Sports.
