Anyone in the nursing program can be a part of the SNA. All it takes is getting involved. Privileges differ depending on several factors, such as if one is a member of the NSNA, a student at IUN, or part of an approved program leading to licensure as a nurse.
In order to run for an SNA office one must be a member of the NSNA, attending IUN, and be part of the nursing program.
Meetings are only once a month and there is no fees involved with joining. Additionally, there is no contract to sign. Anyone can become an active member and can participate in all SNA meetings and activities.
Being part of the SNA allows one to meet new people, obtain information about nursing, give back to the community, and be eligible for SNA Scholarships.
Get involved and make a difference!
