Student Meningitis Disease UpdateIndiana State Law is requiring Indiana University to inform you of the risks of Meningococcal disease, commonly known as meningitis, and the benefits of getting a vaccination. While it is NOT mandatory that students get vaccinated, students must access the Immunization Compliance Form, read the attached information, and acknowledge that they have read and understand the information. Reserves Called to Active DutyIU Northwest realizes students who are members of the Indiana military reserves may be called to active duty. The Reserves Called to Active Duty Policy minimizes disruptions or inconveniences for students fulfilling their military responsibilities. Voter RegistrationIn compliance with certain provisions of the United States Code, 20 U.S.C. 1094(a)(23), voter registration application forms are available in the Office of the Registrar, Hawthorn Hall 109. You can also obtain the voter registration form in your county's voter registration office, public libraries, state license branches, and other locations. Visit the Indiana Secretary of State for more information on voting eligibility requirements, a list of phone numbers for each county voter registration office & downloadable forms for new voters as well as applications for absentee ballots. |
