Student Meningitis Disease Update

Indiana State Law is requiring Indiana University to inform you of the risks of Meningococcal disease, commonly known as meningitis, and the benefits of getting a vaccination. While it is NOT mandatory that students get vaccinated, students must access the Immunization Compliance Form, read the attached information, and acknowledge that they have read and understand the information.

To access the Immunization Compliance Form, follow these steps:

  1. Log into OneStart.
  2. Click the Self-Service tab. In the "Registrar" channel, click Immunization Compliance Form.

Reserves Called to Active Duty

IU Northwest realizes students who are members of the U.S. armed forces may be called to active duty, specialized training, or as part of disaster relief efforts. The Military Withdrawal Policy provides instructions to minimize disruptions or inconveniences for students fulfilling their military responsibilities.
