Habitual violator

  • Habitual violation of parking policy and regulations. Defined by four (4) outstanding violations within a given semester or permit year.
  • The fine for the fifth and all subsequent violations will be doubled, regardless of specified offense.
  • The violator's vehicle is subject to tow at the owner's expense or the Boot may be applied.
