Violations

These regulations are internal administrative regulations of the university and do not replace state laws or municipal ordinances. In addition to the university parking violations described, any violation of state laws may result in the arrest of the violator and/or notice to appear before state or municipal courts.

Violations are classified in groups for purposes of determining the amount of the fine. A "Schedule of Fines" are listed in this section.

Citation files maintained in the Office of Parking Services are the official files of record.
