- Parking application forms are available at the Office of Parking Services,
Hawthorn 102,
3400 Broadway, Gary, IN 46408.
- Fees may be paid in cash, check or credit card. Full-time IU
employees may also select the payroll deduction option.
- Contact the Office of Parking Services for additional information.
Refund or payroll cancellations will be granted upon return of the parking
permit in identifiable condition.
- Application for refund or cancellation of a parking permit will be
effective the first day of the month following the month the request
for cancellation is received.
- IUN academic appointees who are listed on records maintained in the
Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affair and staff members,
who are on record with the Office of Human Resources, are eligible to
purchase one parking permit per employee.
