The purpose of these regulations is to expedite the efficient flow of
traffic on the Indiana University Northwest campus, and to provide parking
facilities for faculty, staff, students, and visitors. Money derived from
the fee parking system is used to operate, maintain, improve, and expand
parking facilities at the IU Northwest location.
Service Philosophy of the Office of the Bursar and Parking
Services
As members of a student-centered campus, we make the
commitment to provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
and assistance in support of the University’s Shared Vision,
Values, and Strategic Outcomes.
ADA Accessibility
The
Office of the Bursar and Parking Services is dedicated to
providing excellent customer service to all students of IU
Northwest. Those individuals who are wheel chair users will be
offered equal access to our services in the main lobby of
Hawthorn Hall. These individuals should proceed to one of our
open service windows at which time one of our friendly and
knowledgeable associates will ask if they would like us to come
into the lobby to serve them.
