On Saturday February 16, 2008 IU Northwest hosted one of 9 Science Olympiad Regional Tournaments in Indiana. This 2008 tournament constituted our 7th year of hosting the IUNSO Regional. Although a little cold, the day turned sunny and led to another fun and educational tournament. We offered all 48 events plus 8 trial events. Thank you to all the coaches and students who participated. Students. teachers coaches and parents were respectful and participated with the highest form of sportsmanship. Individual 2008 IU Northwest Science Olympiad event data can be found here: division B and division C . Schools were divided into Class A and Class AA divisions and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies given in each division. The top 4 middle schools and top 3 high schools advance to the state tournament regardless of class. The results as of 2/16/08 are:
