- Registration Form – Please complete the Exhibitor Registration Form for the 2010 Youth Summit before December 1, 2009.
- Arrival - Please plan to arrive at the Savannah Center no later than 8:30a.m. in order to receive your Registration Packets and to set-up your exhibit. You will be provided a six foot table and two chairs.
- Exhibitor Packet - As the students examine your display, they are required to ask you the following questions concerning your company.
- What skills will I need for this career?
- What kind of training will I need for this career?
- What will my starting salary be for this career?
- Student Wrist Bands – All students will be wearing a colored wristband to determine the area that they should be in during each part of the day. Please refer to the Time Schedule of Events for those locations.
- Lunch Tickets - You will purchase your lunch in the Redhawk Cafeteria in the Moraine Center using the ticket(s) that you will receive in your Exhibitor packet at the Registration Desk upon your arrival. Each exhibitor table will be provided two (2) lunch tickets.
- Backpacks - Students are not allowed to bring any backpacks or bags of any type with them. Female students may carry a small purse. Please check to see that your students comply with this request.
- Food - Students may not purchase food in the Redhawk Cafeteria, the Savannah Gym ticket booth or the IU Northwest Bookstore during the summit. No food, outside of the lunch meal, may be brought into the summit area. Students will be asked to dispose of any food brought into the summit area.
- No-Smoking - Indiana University Northwest is a non-smoking campus.
- Disruptive Students - Counselors will be asked to remove any students from the Youth Summit that are disrespectful or disruptive during any event. Students should be reminded that they are guests at this event.
