Indiana University Northwest Diversity Programming Series

An array of performances, speeches, exhibits and forums make up the unique slate of diversity programs that integrate education, music, culture, heritage, religion and history at IU Northwest. The collaborative effort of various departments and individuals enriches the educational experience for students and community members alike.  The committee consists of campus constituents who oversee the content and disbursement of funds for DPS programs.

The 2008-09 Planning and Checklist Form for Approved Events is currently available, please contact the ODE.   Submission of events for the 2009-10 slate of events will begin December 1, 2008.

Indiana University Northwest Diversity Programming Series 2008-09

Is a collaborative of campus and community organizations hosted by IU Northwest.  IU Northwest recognizes diversity as a broad term which includes racial, ethnic, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and much more.  The DPS initiative supports and provides an educational venue about the broad definition of diversity.  Programming suggestions from across the university and community are encouraged to enrich the collective experience of life in Northwest Indiana and beyond.  Events are sponsored by the Student Activities Board, Fund Trustees, IU Foundation, Office of Diversity and Equity, and various faculty and student groups.

All events are FREE and open to the public.  Events are subject to change.
