Forms Distribution and Statistical Information

The ODE offers services and events that require usage of various forms and information. Forms to help expedite complaints and participation in ODE activities are available in this section. Also available are statistics on the IU system, IU Northwest workforce, study body demographics and random topics of interest from local, regional and national sources.
