The primary goal of Academic Student Success Assistance is to maintain and facilitate retention of students through support service resources designed to enhance and enrich a student's academic learning process.

Math Lab
The Math Department pledges to provide a Math Lab with free tutoring services on a walk-in basis for all math courses through Calculus II, (M216) and often higher level courses. Multiple tutors are on hand during all operating hours to provide the widest range of assistance possible. In order to accommodate students with varying schedules.

Occupation Development Program
The Occupational Development Program (ODP) at Indiana University Northwest addresses the academic needs of students pursuing an associate degree or a proficiency certificate through the Divisions of Allied Health, Nursing, Dental Education, and School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Student Support Services
Student Support Services is a federally funded unit where students may seek personal and academic support services to facilitate their adjustment to and graduation from IU Northwest. The service combines vast resources to provide continuing support throughout the entire college career of eligible students.

Writing Center
The Writing Center at IU Northwest is a free service that provides students with the opportunity to receive individualized advice and guidance during the composition of papers for a variety of classes.
Walk-ins are welcome; however, we recommend making an appointment to ensure that a consultant will be available to assist you.
