Reinstatement Workshop

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:  Students who have been dismissed from Indiana University Northwest by their academic unit or for other academic reasons should attend the Reinstatement Workshop.  Please check with your academic advisor to see if you need to register for this workshop. 

REGISTRATION:  To register, please send an email to oori@iun.edu with the following information

• First and Last Name
• Student ID
• Telephone Number
• Email Address
• Date of Workshop you would like to attend

A confirmation email will be sent to you prior to the workshop date you choose.  Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early on the day of the workshop, come prepared and bring your Student ID.

NOTE:  Each workshop will have a limited number of seats, if you register for a workshop that is full, you will be notified via email with an alternative date.  Additional workshops will be scheduled based on need.
