Access Your Student Information Online
You can access your records using OneStart, a Web-based application portal that provides a common front door to online services at all IU campuses. OneStart offers easy and direct access to the multitude of services available for students, faculty, and staff.
The university's current Web-based student information service, OneStart, can be used to:
- View the Schedule of Classes
- View your current class schedule
- See your IU transcript
- Produce an advising report
- Check your bursar account status
- Change your address
Academic Forgiveness Policy
Academic Forgiveness Policy was approved by the Faculty Organization April 23, 2010.
Student Meningitis Disease Update
Indiana State Law is requiring Indiana University to inform you of the risks of Meningococcal disease, commonly known as meningitis, and the benefits of getting a vaccination. While it is NOT mandatory that students get vaccinated, students must access the Immunization Compliance Form, read the attached information, and acknowledge that they have read and understand the information.
To access the Immunization Compliance Form, follow these steps:
- Log into OneStart.
- Click the Self-Service tab. In the "Registrar" channel, click Immunization Compliance Form.
Reserves Called to Active Duty
IU Northwest realizes students who are members of the U.S. armed forces may be called to active duty, specialized training, or as part of disaster relief efforts. The Military Withdrawal Policy provides instructions to minimize disruptions or inconveniences for students fulfilling their military responsibilities.
Voter Registration Information
In compliance with certain federal and state requirements, Indiana University Northwest is making self-mailing voter registration forms available on campus, as well as providing information about links to electronic sites where such forms can be found.
The sites on campus for securing the self-mailing forms include:
- Office of the Registrar, Hawthorn Hall 109
- Northwest Library Reference Department (to the left as you enter the Library on the first floor)
Forms also can be obtained at the following offices:
- County Voter Registration Office
- Public Libraries
- State License Branches
- Certain City, Town, and Township Offices
Voter Registration Forms are also available on line at the Indiana Election Commission Website and the Election Assistance Commission Website. To download and print the form you will need Adobe® Acrobat Reader®.
Registration Deadline:
Applications must be postmarked (or hand delivered to your county voter registration office) no later than 29 days before the next election.
