How much will UPS Pay?

  • Up to $15,000 in total program benefits.  Here’s how it breaks down:

Tuition, Books, Fees & Software

  • $1,500 per semester; $3,000 annually.
  • Maximum benefit of $15,000.
  • Eligibility begins from your first day of employment.
  • Midterm hires are prorated.
  • Books are covered at a flat $25.00 per course.
