State Your Outcome: All units will articulate and communicate a sustainable service philosophy that is aligned with the Student Centered Principles and will have developed ongoing individual and unit measurements that document the alignment.
February 13, 2006 statement from Chancellor Bergland: Work on this outcome was chaired by Ernest Smith, and it called for units to articulate and communicate a service philosophy and develop individual and unit measurements that document the alignment. The materials relevant to this outcome have been approved by the Cabinet.
