2005 Outcome: The IU Northwest campus community will have knowledge of and be accountable for the IU Northwest Statement of Principles and the Shared Code of Conduct*.

Deliverable(s): Confirmation of receipt of the IU Northwest Statement of Principles and links to Shared Codes of Conduct by IU Northwest faculty and staff and a representative sample (approx. 15%) of IU Northwest students  

* The committee should be sure to document processes used by VC’s to engage in periodic reference to distributed documents

Drafted initial letter for distribution of IU Northwest Statement of Principles (SOP) and Shared Codes of Conduct (SCC)

Acknowledgement of Receipt documents into orientation information for all new hires
