General education requirements may be taken at Indiana University Northwest (IUN) or any accredited college or university on a part-time basis. The following courses that are followed by (G) meet the general education requirements of College of Health and Human Services. *Courses must be completed with a grade of "C" or better:

To graduate, the student must satisfactorily complete 122 credit hours to include 55 credit hours of prerequisite and general education courses and 67 credit hours of professional 300-400 level courses. Courses identified with an asterisk* and all professional courses must be completed with a grade of C (2.0) or higher before enrolling in subsequent core courses and before graduation. All course work must be completed in compliance with academic and professional policies of the program and school.

CAREER OPTIONS:
Radiation therapists find employment in hospitals, research centers, and a growing number of free-standing clinics. In addition, with experience, a radiation therapist may advance to administration, dosimetry, education, research, or commercial sales.
Applicants for admission to the program will be expected to:
- Submit an application. (Deadline Date is January 15)
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.3 on a 4.0 scale for all course work.
- Maintain a minimum grade of C (2.0) in all stated prerequisite courses.
- Participate in a personal interview.
