You have reached THEATRE NORTHWEST, the production arm of the IUN Department of Performing Arts. We take pride in offering:

A faculty of working professional artists with a living network of real-world connections.
A newly renovated black-box performance space: THEATRE NORTHWEST ON GRANT.
An individualized, production-based education for every Theatre Major and Minor.
Flexible course requirements that allow each student to specialize in their area of interest (acting, directing, design, etc.)
A low-cost, high-quality alternative for theatre training located only 40 minutes from downtown Chicago.
An open casting policy which encourages collaboration with students of all majors as well as talented community members.
