Internships

What is an Internship?
  • An internship is a valuable experience for the student. With an internship, you can earn money while you learn and finally get back some of the money you have spent on your education.
  • Besides receiving money, you receive college credit. Up to 6 internship credit hours can be applied toward the CIS BS degree or the PBC.
  • You do not receive a letter grade, it is pass/fail only.
  • Most of all, it gives you an opportunity to get real-world experience.
  • You meet people who give you tips and become valuable when you need references.
  • Besides, it looks great on a resume.
