June 26, 2012	Departure from the US on optional group flight (if on optional Madrid Tour)
June 27	Arrival in Madrid (for those on the Madrid Tour and Field Study)
June 27-July 1	Optional Madrid Tour and Field Study
July 1	Arrival in Bilbao (all students)
	Move into program housing
July 2	Mandatory orientation
July 3	Courses begin
July 14	Field trip-Urdaibai and Province Bizkaia
July 19	Courses end
July 20	Final examinations
	Program end date
July 21	Move out of program housing; noon checkout
Open Return	Students establish their own date of return

Note: When making your flight reservations, be sure to arrive in time for the Orientation and to depart after the Final Examinations. It is required that you be at the program site for both.
