NURS H351 Alterations in Neuro-Psychological Health (3 cr.)

Course Description

P: all sophomore-level nursing courses. C: NURS H352. This course focuses on individuals and small groups experiencing acute and chronic neuropsychological disorders. Content includes the effect of brain-body disturbances on health functioning. Other content areas are growth and development, stress, mental status, nurse-client relationships, psychopharmacology, and nursing approaches for clients experiencing DSM-IV neuropsychological disorders.
