The Indiana University Northwest Chapter of the National Society of Leadership & Success (NSLS) is proud to announce the Spring 2012 semester lineup of internationally known speakers. Presentations will appear via a live satellite feed.

The events, sponsored by the campus leadership society, will provide attendees with inspiration and motivation to realize their full potential. The greater Northwest Indiana community is invited to join the campus in attending the upcoming free events.

February 7: ‘Learning to Project the Person You Really Are’

Linda Papadopoulos, one of the most well-known and respected psychologists working in the United Kingdom today, will present via satellite at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 7 in the Gallery for Contemporary Art, located in the Savannah Center.

Dr. Papadopoulos has spent 14 years as a research scientist and practicing psychologist. She has been published widely in peer-reviewed academic journals in the fields of Psychodermatology, Body Image, Counseling, and Medical Psychology. Her most recent book is “What Men Say, What Women Hear.”

February 28: ‘Play is Serious Business”

Join the IU Northwest chapter of the NSLS for a talk by Kevin Carroll at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 28 in the Gallery for Contemporary Art, located in the Savannah Center.

As an author, speaker and agent for social change, Kevin Carroll has been inspiring individuals to embrace the spirit of play and creativity. Kevin has trained school children, employees and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies to maximize their human potential. He is the author of the best-selling book “What’s Your Red Rubber Ball?” which focuses on helping individuals discover their dreams.

March 20: ‘How to Get What You Want – In the REAL World’

Mel Robbins, host and star of the A&E Network’s hit television series, “Monster In-laws,” will present via satellite at 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 20 in the Gallery for Contemporary Art, located in the Savannah Center.

Robbins, the best-selling author of “Stop Saying You’re Fine, Discover a More Powerful You,” provides advice to millions on success, relationships and careers, primarily through her daily syndicated radio show. The Ivy League-educated lawyer also writes a monthly column for SUCCESS magazine. Her presentation will provide attendees with winning strategies to make it in the real world after college.
