The Indiana University Northwest Alumni Association and the Indiana University Alumni Association - Lakeshore Region Chapter are here to help you achieve your learning objectives and goals through a series of free “Lifelong Learning” seminars open to the general community, as well as to IU Northwest students, faculty, staff and alumni.

November 10: Enhancing Personal Resilience

Ready to learn and grow? Then take advantage of a presentation featuring Charlie Hobson, Ph.D., Professor of Management at IU Northwest, focused on understanding and enhancing one’s personal resilience in order to more effectively handle life’s challenges and stressors.

Participants will complete a personal resilience self-assessment and hear a presentation on techniques to strengthen one’s resilience.

Parking will be available in the lot located at 33rd Avenue and Jefferson, on the southeast corner of campus, and the lot located at 33rd Avenue and Broadway, on the northeast corner of campus.  A few handicapped parking spots are available in front of the library.
