Learn to speak French in 30 minutes or less at Nov. 18 Diversity Awareness program

Modern Languages professor will also teach participants the finer points of French etiquette

On Wednesday, Nov. 18, the Office of Diversity and Equity will host an Awareness Wednesday Diversity Series event in Room 205 of the Savannah Center starting at 1 p.m. The topic of this program is "Learn to Speak French in 30 Minutes or Less!"

IU Northwest Associate Professor of French Scooter Pégram, Ph.D., will teach participants how to speak a few common French phrases. He will also share information about French culture and etiquette.

Anyone who has ever wanted to learn a foreign language or go abroad for a semester is encouraged to attend this fun and fascinating program and get a taste of French language and culture.
