Indiana University alumni in Northwest Indiana are invited to join the IU family on a relaxing Chicago day trip Saturday, Aug. 9, as the IU Northwest Alumni Association hosts a day cruise along Lake Michigan and the Chicago River.
A chartered 9 a.m. bus will take participants from the IU Northwest parking lot at 33rd Avenue and Broadway up to Chicago for the boat trip. Following lunch, participants will have some free time to enjoy the sights and shopping along Michigan Avenue. The bus returns to campus at 7 p.m.
The cost of transportation and the boat tour is $41 for alumni association members and $46 for non-members. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy a beautiful summer day in Chicago!
