The Center for Regional Excellence at Indiana University Northwest will host a Gary Community Schools Candidate Forum on Tuesday, April 29, starting at 7 p.m. in the Savannah Auditorium. School board candidates will discuss their platforms and the issues that impact Gary's schools and their students.
This event is sponsored by the CRE in conjunction with The League of Women Voters of Northwest Indiana, the Gary Chamber of Commerce and the Miller Citizens Corporation. The campus community and the public are encouraged to attend this important civic event.
