The winter tradition of great dance entertainment at Indiana University Northwest’s Theatre Northwest continues this month with another terrific “Festival of Dance” stage show, courtesy of choreographer Megan Lindsay and the IU Northwest Dance Company. Some of the dance forms represented in the program include hip-hop, ballet, swing and modern dance.
The “Festival of Dance” kicks off Friday, Feb. 8, starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Tamarack Hall Theatre, located on the IU Northwest campus at 3400 Broadway in Gary, Ind. Additional performances are scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 9, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 10, at 2:30 p.m.
