IU Northwest Leadership Institute to hold final workshop of 2006 on Dec. 15

“Leadership Through Creativity” will be the focus of skill-building workshop

The Institute for Innovative Leadership at Indiana University Northwest will host its final skill-building workshop of 2006 on Dec. 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The topic will be “Leadership Through Creativity.” Keith Kirkpatrick, executive director of the Institute, will host the workshop.

Kirkpatrick will discuss ways to change others’ thinking, strategies to encourage and undertake bold moves, and methods for evaluating risk and developing new approaches to problems. He will also discuss ways to inject creativity into the management and leadership process. This four-hour, interactive session costs $50, which is often tax-deductible as a continuing-education expense.
