Earn CEUs at spring workshops

The Indiana University Northwest Division of Social Work presents its annual spring Continuing Education Workshops. Earn up to five Continuing Education Credits from two dynamic workshops to be held Friday, March 19 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Library Conference Center, room 110.

Workshop I is "Current Issues in the Indiana Child Welfare System," (2.5 CEUs) presented by Cynthia Cyprian, MSW, assistant director of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). Workshop II is "kNOw HIV Knowledge is Power," (2.5 CEUs) presented by James Thode, assistant director of the Aliveness Project of Northwest Indiana, Inc. Certificates will be distributed after each workshop.

Schedule:

10 - 10:30 a.m. Registration

10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Workshop I

1- 2 p.m. Lunch (on your own)

2 - 4:30 p.m. Workshop II

Please RSVP by mail with prepayment by Tuesday, March 16. The fee is $30 for one workshop or $50 for both. Students pay $20 for one workshop or $30 for both. Field Instructors or Task Supervisors pay $25 for one or $40 for both.
